WELLSUN PET Flake Continuous Dryer adopts the patented technology of special construction to avoid the phenomenon of mixtures delamination and blockage during the drying process! Whitening powder, toner or masterbatch device can be added and totally substitute for rotary drum
It consists of raw material automatic conveying system, gas-material separator, agitated crystallizer, drying tower, balancer, air dryer, and electrical control system (PLC or DCS)
Application: Recycled PSF (Staple fiber), POY (Filament), FDY, BCF, Non-woven fabrics, BOPET, BOPA, BOPP, Engineering plastics, etc.

WELLSUN PET Flake Continuous Dryer can be seamlessly combined with PET Bottle Washing Line to assemble a fully automated system: PET bottle flake washing→continuous drying→spinning production. This is the most powerful guarantee for realizing the industrial production of recycled materials!
WELLSUN PET Flake Continuous Dryer uses patent technology and principles of mechanics to agitate the crystallizer with multi-level transmission and afterheat is fully recycled. In general, it saves over 30% more energy compared to other congeneric continuous dryer that adopts large air-flow and high-power crystallizing systems. Meanwhile, it’s in step with current trend of low carbon and environmental protection.
Under the same drying capacity, WELLSUN PET Flake Continuous Dryer is only one-half of energy consumption, one-tenth of manpower, one-fifteenth of plant area compared to traditional rotary drum dryer.
