Heat Regenerative Absorption Air Dryer
Heat Regenerative Absorption Air Dryer is produced on the base of Heatless Regenerative Absorption Dryer, and adds a recycling heater and a device with super high effect and small air consumption. It makes use of absorption under high pressure and off absorption under low pressure and micro heating. When one absorption tower (working power) absorbs water under high pressure, another absorption tower (recycling tower) is off absorption under low pressure, then the dry air out from the working tower is about: 6-10% will purify and recycle to the recycling tower, then switch according to the technological time cycle which programmed by microcomputer.
1. This purifying device is a heat regenerative product (Air Dryer) with super high effect which is designed by making use of international advanced technique.
2. The recycling air quantity is adjustable according to the work condition and seasons changing, and the work time cycle is also adjustable, which has significance of saving energy.
3. The air consumption of recycling is small: 6-10%
4. If more than 50 Nm3/min, it has optional absorption recycling function, which is saving both air and energy.
5. If more than 100 Nm3/min, it has optional fan recycling function, which is saving both air and energy.
