WELLSUN Polyester Chip Continuous Type SSP System（WSC-SSP）consists of automatic feeding conveying system, pre-crystallizer, pre-reactor, reactor, deaerator, nitrogen purification system, cooling system, automatic discharging conveying system and electrical control system PLC (DCS or FCS ). It optimizes traditional cumbersome process and adopts advanced process technology design. It reacts steadily, and is practical and reliable.
WELLSUN WSC-SSP Type SSP System can add conveying system to reduce height of factory building according to different raw material, different requirement for IV and factory building investment.
Technology process can be optimized according to bottle grade PET or recycled chip increasing. Save investment.
WELLSUN WSC-SSP Type SSP System uses nitrogen oxygen removal and purification unit to prevent chip from oxidation and makes IV stable during the process of solid state polycondensation.
There are not any chemical solvent and additives, so it is meaningful for environmental protection.
It is equipped with special small molecules removal unit and products are better in quality.

The nitrogen purification unit is patented and the expected life of molecular sieve is more than ten years.
